Here's everything you need to know about the alcohol ink prints, shipping, ordering, refunds or exchanges and more!
1) Will the faint "Inner Spirit Designs" seen on each picture in the Shop be on my print?? No, it will NOT be on your print.
2) Will my print look exactly like the picture I see on the Shop page?
The subject of the print you choose will be exactly the same! But there can be slight differences of what one sees on a computer/cell phone screen vs the real thing! And some sizes chosen mean cropping has to be done by the professional printer on sides or top/bottom.
3) Can you explain the three ordering options?
a) If you order a PRINT ONLY, the paper used is professional grade, thicker quality, and a 100 year archival quality photo paper. You can then frame it yourself for your home, office or retail display. b) The MATTED PRINT is just that--a mat secured on top and around your print, and the print is mounted on 3/16th foam board. The mat color is chosen for you and can't be changed. c) The GALLERY CANVAS is a print on canvas which is stretched around a 1.5" deep wood frame. The sides are either black, cream, a mirror image or other as designated on any print's page.
4) Do you offer different sizes?
Yes! Each picture/print page will show different sizes you can order--8x10 is the smallest and most are 32.00...a few a little higher. When you click on larger sizes, note that the price above changes! TIP: take a ruler or yardstick out and visually see the size you might want to order. But also NOTE: if you order a matted print, the entire circumference will be larger than the actual print. So you might want to wait until you receive your matted print to find a frame.
5) What are shipping and handling costs? How long does shipping take?

a) FOR ANY PRINT 11"x14" OR SMALLER....Flat Rate/First Class at only 7.99 per print (no insurance, no tracking).
b) FOR ANY PRINT 24" x 36" OR SMALLER....Priority Rate at only 12.99 per print (includes insurance, tracking)
c) FOR ANY PRINT WHICH HAS ANY SIDE 24.5" OR HIGHER....Priority Rate at 24.99 per print (includes insurance, tracking)
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHIPPING ON YOUR ORDER i.e. if you order a print larger than 11"x14", I can't send it if you check the first option. Your order is put in the mail "approximately" 4-5 business days after order is made. Once it's in the hands of the postal service, that’s where you read USPS or contact them.
6) Can I exchange the print I receive for another print or size? No, there are exchanges.
7) Can I get a refund if I, for whatever reason, don't like what I received? No, there are no refunds.
8) If my print was damaged in transit, can I get a new one?
Yes. But you will need to use the Contact form below, explain the damage, and send. You will get an email response, and to that you reply and attach photos of the damage (both box and print), which will be forwarded to the company which does the prints and sends them out. They will decide based on the photos, and if they agree with the damage, you will receive the exact same print, not a different one. Janie is not involved this process as an artist.
9) What if I was not sent what I ordered?
Then you will definitely be re-sent what you ordered, The professional printer will first need you to send me a photo of the print that was wrongly sent, which I in turn send to them.
